SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will notify you.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Carriers
We use a variety of carriers depending on your location and order size to ensure the most efficient delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at admin@onthereformer.com. We will do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, On The Reformer is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information. If you need support, you can also reach out to us and we’ll help where possible.
International Shipping (if applicable)
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
